She was predeceased by: her parents, Norma J. Unruh (Cook) and Gene Unruh; and her nephew Randy M. Unruh. She is survived by: her husband Edmond Lee Gallaway (Ed) of Garden City, Kansas; her children, Bobbie Lynn Sanem (Scott) of Frisco, Texas, Valerie Lee Piccone (Tony) of Garden City, Kansas and Bryan Layne Bacon (Christy) of Kimberly, Idaho; her stepchildren, Rhonda Brandt of Garden City, Kansas, Ed Gallaway (Connie) of Holcomb, Kansas and Jana Biesecker (Noel) of Pennsylvania; her child Brynna Rose Piccone of Garden City; and her siblings, Sally Iorio of Crosby, Texas, Peggy Jenkins of Eagle, Michigan, Wayne Unruh (Karen) of Las Cruces and Randy Unruh (Michelle) of Albuquerque. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Church of the Brethren (2710 Fleming St, Garden City, KS 67846).
