He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Jason Owston, Stacey of Kempner, TX, Jennifer Fojtik and Jerry of Hungerford, TX; his grandchildren, Ashley Wilson, Jonathan, Nathan Owston and Haley Fojtik; his great grandchildren, Everly and Blaire Wilson; his mother Buelah Clayton; his sisters, Kathy Richman and Marsha Mathias; his granddaughter Aubrie Owston; and his grandparents, James Glendon (Shorty) and Stella Frizzell. He was also cherished by many nephews and nieces.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 306 N 7th St, Garden City, KS 67846. A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Valley View Cemetery (2901 N 3rd St, Garden City, KS 67846).
In lieu of flowers, family wishes that memorials be made to the Friends of Lake Scott State Park.
