He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Hernandez and Ricarda Hernandez (Armendariz); and his son Genaro Hernandez Galindo. He is survived by: his wife Felisa Galindo; his children, Argelia Hernandez of Garden City, Victor Hernandez of Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico, Nidia Gallegos of Ulysses and Elieser Banegas of Ulysses, Kansas; his grandchildren, Alexis, Edgar and Aldo Balderrama; and his children, Xavier, Lluvia Gallegos, Jaime and Briana Hernandez.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Garnand Funeral Home Chapel (415 W Grant Ave, Ulysses, KS 67880). A rosary was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Queen of Peace Catholic Church (804 N Colorado St, Ulysses, KS 67880). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
