He is survived by : his parents, Jaime Varela and Yolanda Varela; his girlfriend Nylia Duchesne; his children, Jace Varela, Joaquin Varela and Jaia Varela; and his brothers, Jaime Varela, Javier Varela and Chris Varela.

Viewing was held on Thursday, June 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Robson Funeral Home - Garden City (620 N Main St, Garden City, KS 67846). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Word of Life Church (3004 N 3rd St, Garden City, KS 67846).
