He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bruce Camden and Marjorie Eileen Starkey (Meredith); his wife Jo Starkey; his children, Ben Starkey (Gwen) of Goddard, KS and Suzanne Hamilton (Thomas) of Washington; his grandchildren, Camden Hamilton and Laura Starkey; his sisters, Cathy Ross (Gene) of Canal Fulton and Linda Pritchard of Elizabeth City; and his sister-in-law Toni Million. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
