She was predeceased by: her parents, Tresmon Miller and Josephine Frances Miller (Williams); her husband C. Kenneth Minter, Jr.; and her brothers, Norris Miller, Norman Miller, Lawrence Miller and John Miller.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Peglow (Timothy) of Lutherville, MD, Melissa Villanueva (LeRoy) of Garden City and Rebecca Heiman (Jon) of Garden City; her grandchildren, Jonathan Heiman, Sarah Harms (Jacob), Eric Heiman, Hagen Villanueva and Katie Heiman; her great grandchildren, Weston Heiman and Owen Harms; and her sisters-in-law, Marilee Miller of Paris, TX and Beverly Dreiling of Wichita, KS. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Garnand Funeral Home (412 N 7th St, Garden City, KS 67846).
