He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn Frederick and Helen Battles (Gisel); his parents-in-law, Faun Cushman and Phyllis Cushman; and his brother Lynn Frederick.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Battles (Cushman); his daughter Calista Wright (Lynn) of Aurora, CO; his grandchild Challis (Haley); his great grandchildren, Maverick and Channing (Tyrell); his children, Cyler, Candra, Cort Battles of Lone Tree, CO, Cian, Finn and Cale Battles (Tess) of Verona, WI; and his grandchildren, Graeden, Griffin and Granton. He is also survived by in-laws which includes four brothers and six sisters.
