She is survived by: her children, Brandon (Sheree Evans), Sarah Evans (Michael Walker), Marlie (Mike Crain) and Tyson Phillis; her pet Cooper; her siblings, Kathy, Marie and Mike; her close friend LeaAnn Lee; and also, Madison of Katlie, C. J., Acelynn, Alex, Xavier, Isaac, Brooklyn, Braylon, Evan, Kyler, Noah and Josh.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Francine Titus Memorial Fund in care of Garnand Funeral Home, 412 N 7th Street.
