He is survived by: his significant other Belinda Lansink; his children, Cody (Nicole Douglas) of Holcomb, KS, Cory (Carol Douglas) of Lakin, KS and Alexis Douglas of Grand Island, NE; his brother Willie Douglas of Garden City, KS; and his grandchildren, Devin Mader, Darien Mader, Jason Stipe, Sebastian Stipe, Cash Douglas and Kerriann Murphy.
