She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Warren Ferris and Lydia Louise Ferris (Rogers); her husband Gilbert E. Sanford; her siblings, Ted Ferris, Lila Shufelberger and Beverly Perkins; and her children, Paula Jean Lord, Don Sanford and Dawn Laine.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert W. Lord (Marla) of Billings, MT and Gilbert L. Sanford (Diana) of Garden City, KS. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Garnand Funeral Home (412 N 7th St, Garden City, KS 67846). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bible Christian Church (1501 E Mary St, Garden City, KS 67846).
