He is survived by: his wife Glenda Smith; his daughters, Amy (Brian Baca) of Garden City and Shanna Smith of Garden City; his siblings, Jerald Smith of Garden City, Roseann Gassett of Amarillo, TX, Carolyn Smith of Garden City, Karla Smith of Garden City, Carl Smith of Palm Coast, FL and Shirley Blankenship of Sublette, KS; his grandchildren, Tyler Warren, Shaelin Beckstrom, David Baca, KyLee Davis and Serina Rich; and his great grandchildren, Ember Davis, Dustin Davis, Noah Baca, Carson Baca, Drew Rich and Carter Rich.
The family suggests memorials given to the Kidney Foundation in care of the funeral home.
