She is survived by: her husband Bobby Joe Welch; her children, Larry Joe Welch (Connie) of Olathe, Donald Gene Welch of Hooker, Jimmy Ray Welch (Patricia) of Holcomb, Kara Sue Wilkie of Ulysses and Kathy Lynn Klein (Kevin) of Hillsboro, Kansas; her brother Raymond Lavon Smith (Norma) of Wilson, Oklahoma; her sister-in-law Della Smith of Yukon, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Bobby Welch (Jennifer), Kim Welch, Terri Hinton (Tim), Trever Welch, Kori Reist, Carolyn Thomas (Jordan), Trey Welch, Kennedy Reimer (Tyson), Kloe Welch and Ryan Wilkie; and her great grandchildren, Logan, Morgan, Jayden, Hailey, Chase, Kaden, Bennie, Juliza and Joseph. She is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
