He is survived by: his parents, Antonio Perez Jr. and Nancy Mejia; his wife Julia Revolorio; and his aunts and uncles, Ashley Perez, Veronica Mejia, Richard Perez, Eric Mejia and Gregory Esquivel Jr.. He is also survived by cousins and other extended family.
