He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Melvin and Manda J. Unruh (Unruh); his former wife Betty Unruh; his daughter Joni Lou Unruh; and his brother Donnie Unruh.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Unruh (Holdeman); his son Lonnie D. Unruh (Charlene) of Galva; and his sisters, Myrna Unruh (Galen) of Galva, Nada Wedel (Carl) of Galva and Judy Unruh (Dave) of McPherson. He is also survived by four step grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
