He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Oscar and Bertha Margaret Tector (Rariden); and his sisters, Shirley McKinney and Connie Decker. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Tector (Lori) of Galva, KS and Tammy Schmidt (Dennis) of Galva, KS; his brother Kendall Tector (Judy) of Wichita, KS; his grandchildren, Danielle Schmidt of Galva, KS, Ryan Schmidt (Kelli) of Wichita, KS and Kalisha Tector (Quinten Sloup) of Galva, KS; his great grandchildren, Ryker Sloup, Kennadi Schmidt, Kaden Schmidt, Jaxxen Sloup and Eberle Sloup; and his mother-in-law Deloris Nutter of Pryor, OK. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Galva Community Center (200 S Main St, Galva, KS 67443). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Empire Cemetery (1145 22nd Ave, Galva, KS 67443).
