It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe D. Bryant of Galva, Kansas, born in Davidson, North Carolina, who passed away on November 2, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Shuford Steed and Lula Mae Bryant (Hughes); and his siblings, R. G. Bryant, J. C. Bryant, Hazel Bryant Porter, Mozelle Bryant Beck, Harold Bryant and Peggy Smithey.
He is survived by: his wife Gerlene Louise Brozek; and his friends, Kris, Cheri and Hanschu. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be given to Bethany Home (Lindsborg) or King's Hiway Baptist Church (McPherson) in care of Stockham Family Funeral Home, 205 North Chestnut, McPherson, KS 67460.
