She was predeceased by: her parents, Tobe D. Koehn and Martha Koehn (Unruh); her husband Chester Schmidt; and her son Stephen Schmidt. She is survived by: her grandsons, Nicholas and Ryan Schmidt; her daughter Jane Boeckner (James) of Hiawatha, KS; and her siblings, Minnie Nightingale and Dennis Koehn (Adele) of Galva.
