Hoover and Nancy Katie Hoover (Kanagy) of Dumas, AR; her husband Jared Ratzlaff; her siblings, Brenda Koehn (Sherwin) of Liberty, KY, June Ratzlaff (Trent) of Shenandoah, VA, Ruthy Unruh (Douglas) of Avera, GA, Melissa Loewen (Austin) of Glenn, CA and Delton Hoover (Abby) of Dumas, AR; her parents-in-law, Lila and Keith Ratzlaff of Canton; and her sister-in-law Ashley Yoder (Ryan) of Homeworth, OH. She is also survived by aunts and uncles; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
