She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel LaTurner and Lilly LaTurner (Carey); her former husband Ray Calvin Means; and her son Dale Means. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Sternes; her children, Don Means (Vicki) of Galena, KS., Carol Kennedy of Galena and Linda Henderson of Joplin, MO.; and her grandchildren, Rob, Deanna, Christopher, Michelle, Erin, Russell, David and Cheryl. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.
