He is survived by: his children, Steven Putnam Jr., Nick Putnam, Christy Wiley (Dwayne), Kristy Provens and Joshua Glidewell; his siblings, Judy Walton (Denny), Linda Miller, Sandy Gates (Mitch) and Jim Putnam (Norma); and his grandchildren, Steven Wayne Putnam III, Jessica, Kailee Putnam, Javon, Mariah Putnam, Dakota, Gabe Putnam, Michael Miranda and John Miranda. He is also survived by other grandkids, great-grandkids and other family members.
