He is survived by: his wife Pansy M Burkey; his children, Konnie Collinsworth (Larry), Marsha Shellabarger (Paul), Leigh Ann Barton (Gordon), Paul David, Lunderman Jr Grove (Cathy) and Dennis Lunderman; and his sister Donna Humphry (Bud). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
