He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Allen Frank and Edith Smith (Lewis); his wife Rosie Frazier; his daughter Linda Sue Evans; and his siblings, Clarence Allen Smith, Don Smith, Al Smith and Evelyn Barnes.
He is survived by: his children, Chet Smith of Galena, Danny Smith (Terri Hunt) of Galena, Nancy Sturgis of Joplin, MO and Lisa Smith of Joplin, MO. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Oak Hill Cemetery (1501 Columbus St, Galena, KS 66739).
