He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hayward and Climena Sue Hayward (Lamb); his grandchild Christian Hayward; his brother Marion Hayward; and his brothers-in-law, Louie Stockton, Tom Morey and Rob Ryon.
He is survived by: his sons, Mike Hayward (Laura) of Ozark, MO and Mark Hayward (Jennie); his sisters, Charlene Stockton of Galena, Edwina Morey of Galena and Donna Sue Ryon of Galena; and his grandchildren, Myka Hawkins (Thomas), Caden Hayward (Shayla), Sawyer Hayward, Cannon Hayward and Jayci Hayward.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Crossroad Christian Church Outreach Ministries or American Rehabilitation Ministry in care of the funeral home.
