She is survived by: her parents, Jimmy Qualls and Carol Rae Qualls; her brother Kirk Qualls (Becky) of Galena; her nieces, Leslie Heady (Doug) of Oronogo, MO, Ashley Qualls-Groves (Dave) of Galena and Abby Weaver of Galena; her friend Myra Frazier; and also Lisa Myers. She is also survived by several cousins and extended family.
