He is survived by: his parents, David Eugene Wammack and Roseanne Sue Wammack (Morey); his son Wrigley Shane Wammack; his brothers, Adam Wammack (Brittany) of Galena, Matt Wammack (Johnnia) of Galena and Shelby Wammack of Galena; his nieces and nephews, Adam, Kaylee, Andrew, Savannah, Autumn, Matilyn, Isabella and Lillyannia; and his great-nephew Adler.
