She was predeceased by: her husband Forrest William McCool; her children, Forrest Benjamin McCool, William Ray McCool, Cleta Miller and Charlotte Babineau; and her siblings, Jesse Lewis Charles, John Albert Charles, Sr., Billy Joe "Bill" Charles, James Leslie "Jim" Charles, Richard Allen "Rick" Charles and Letha Maxine Charles.

She is survived by: her children, Mark McCool (Jeannie) of Galena and Linda Willems of Baxter Springs. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
