He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Qualls (Roy); and his parents, Leonard Qualls and Grace Qualls. He is survived by: his children, David Qualls (Mindy) of Pittsburg, KS, Mike Qualls (Rachel) of Branson, MO and Kelly Williamson (Bryon) of Galena, KS. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
