He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton LeRoy and Barbara Jean Wade (Armer); his spouse Gail Ann Freudendahl; his daughter Brooke Wade Murray; and his brothers, Alan Wade and Robert Wade.

He is survived by: his daughter Blair Reed; his siblings, Tom Wade (Lesa), Aleta Sanders (Dan) and Rebecca Stillions (Bill); and his grandchildren, Hunter Reed (Sierra) of Galena, Maycee Reed of Galena and Keeley Reed of Galena.
