He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Gary (Ann McDonald), Patricia Houlebreque and Robin Mullis; and his siblings, Richard Locke, Harold Locke, Alfred Locke, Merle Locke, Jack Locke, Viola Millard-Herford, Nellie Millard, Jane Millard, Virginia Baker and Patricia Coy. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren He was preceded in death by his parents.
