He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Flora and Eva Flora (Roberts). He is survived by: his siblings, Carl Flora (Kathy), Randy Flora (Kathryn) and Reta Windsor (Dwayne) of Pittsburg; his children, Hannah Flora Bain, Ashley Flora, Jared Flora, Levi Morey (Katie) and Trevor Morey; and his parents-in-law, Neona Scott and Don Scott.
