He is survived by: his parents, Craig McCullough and Kathy McCullough (Cramer) of Mulberry; his brother Brody McCullough (Ali) of Paola, KS.; and his nephew Marshall Ray McCullough.
The family suggests memorials to be made to the Frontenac Education Foundation for a scholarship in Bunk's name.
