We are sad to announce that on July 11, 2022, at the age of 77, Nancy I Russell of Frontenac, Kansas, born in Wichita, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rexford D. Boling Sr. and Ruby Dickinson; her children, Bill Vilmer and Ronda Haines; and her brothers, Rex Boling Jr. and John Joseph Tocci.
She is survived by: her husband Warren Russell; her sister Paula Teats (James) of Frontenac, KS; her siblings-in-law, Erma Russell Hedges, Debbie Tocci of Frontenac, KS, Jane Ann Grassi (Richard) of Topeka, KS, Donald Russell of Frontenac, KS and Bill Russell (Susan) of California; her son-in-law Jerry Haines of Chanute, KS; and her grandchildren, Heather Tate (Andrew) of Orlando, FL, Dalton Haines of Chanute, KS, Joseph Vilmer of Pittsburg, KS and James Vilmer of Arma, KS. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
