She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Hawley and Agnes Hawley (Maloney); her husband Walter Rieg Shelby; her second husband Meryl Casey; and her son Hawley Shelby of Dallas, TX.
She is survived by: her daughter Jean Marie Shelby Brest of Selah, Washington; and her stepchildren, Murray Joseph Casey of Omaha, NE, Mary Colleen McGregor (Casey) of Chanute, KS, Jeanie Frances Cramer (Casey) of Overland Park, KS and Sally Ann Imhof (Casey) of Mulberry, KS.. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
