She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Caruso and Marie Caruso (Porti); her son Mike Spigarelli; and her siblings, Joe Caruso, Annetta, Helen, Elena and Concetta.
She is survived by: her spouse John Spigarelli; her daughter Jeanne Cohorst; her grandchildren, Jeff Spigarelli (Terri) of Frontenac, KS, Gina Spigarelli-Hug (Mark Hug) of California, John Cohorst Colorado, Mia Payne (Jim) of Topeka, KS and Drew Cohorst of Colorado; her great grandchildren, Emily, Jace, Gianna and Becca; her daughter-in-law Katherine Spigarelli of Farlington, KS; and also Barb Spigarelli of Pittsburg, KS. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks expressions of sympathy to be in the form of memorials to Mike Spigarelli Scholarship Fund and/or Sacred Heart Altar Society.
