She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace W. Fite and Helen M. Fite (Hayward); and her brothers, Norman K. Fite and Jerry Fite. She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Paul Sparks; her son Paul Sparks (Angela) of Frontenac; her grandchildren, Randa Kate and Jonah Paul Sparks; her siblings, Johnny Fite of Fremont Hills, Missouri and Donna Johnson of Gladstone; and her sister-in-law Emmy Fite of Kansas City, Missouri. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials be given to the Fite Family Scholarship at the Dadeville High School.
