It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence Melvin Anderson of Frontenac, Kansas, born in Fort Scott, Kansas, who passed away on August 18, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Anderson and Ruby Anderson (Sharp); his brothers, Roger Anderson and Tom Anderson; and his grandparents, Claude and Dena Sharp.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Elaine Anderson of Frontenac, KS; his sons, Chris Anderson (Sandra) of Pittsburg, KS and Matt Anderson (Tara) of Pittsburg, KS; his grandchildren, Greta Anderson, Christian Anderson, Lincoln Anderson and Liv Anderson; and his sister Kaitlyn Erin Sandberg of Kalamazoo, MI. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks expressions of sympathy to be in the form of memorials to St. Mary's Colgan Elementary School Library and/or St. Jude's Children Research Hospital.
