She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Boyce and Dorothy Sachetta Boyce. She is survived by: her husband Donald W. Tarter; her children, Todd Tarter (Shelly) of Joplin, Missouri, Tina Hamlet (Clay) of Ozark, Missouri and Kevin Tarter (Betzi) of Overland Park, Kansas; and her siblings, Shirley Menghini and James Boyce of Frontenac, Kansas. She is also survived by four granddaughters; two uncles, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
