It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carmen Hope Ryan (Freeport, Kansas), born in Anthony, Kansas, who passed away on January 20, 2019, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harold Henry and Viola Thiel; her son Michael Young; her brothers, Clayton, Ben and Harold Thiel; her husband Michael Ryan; her children, Melody Young of Anthony and Shawn Ryan (Ashley) of Conway Springs, Kansas; her grandchildren, Darren Ryan, Jorie Ryan, Josie Ryan and Cade Howell; and her sister Brenda Kilpatrick (Willis) of Rose Hill, Kansas. She was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association and can be left in care of the funeral home.
