We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2018, at the age of 82, William Ira Boicourt (Fredonia, Kansas), born in Haviland, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Sandy Smith (Randy), Michel Moser (Brad), Greg Boicourt (Nancy) and Patty Morrison (Jeff); and his sister Evelyn Ford.
