He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Crain and Clarrissia Crain (Row); and his siblings, Richard Crain and Delores Miller Per. He is survived by: his wife Linda Shay; his daughter Jinnifer Kiblinger (Adam); his grandchildren, Shaylee and Stockton; and his siblings, Barbara Miller, Lloyd Crain, Lawrence "Butch" Crain and Monty Crain. He is also survived by 3 step-children.
Memorial contributions can be made to the VFW Post 3018 or to Countryside Funeral Home for Tom's grandchildren's education fund and can be mailed to or left with the funeral home.
