He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Oneal; and his brother-in-law Andy Smith. He is survived by: his mother Susie Oneal (Resser) of Fredonia, KS; his wife Lori Smith; his daughter Lindsey Ramos Freitas (Hélio Rui) of Denton, TX; his siblings, Sheri Moya (Edward) of Fredonia, KS and Chad Oneal (Tosha) of Fredonia, KS.; his aunts and uncles, Jack Oneal (Elaine) of Seattle, WA, Jim Oneal of Fredonia, KS, Del Resser (Cathy) of Wichita, KS and Jerry Resser of Wichita, KS; his parents-in-law, Joe and Peggy Smith of Neodesha, KS; his sister-in-law Valerie Smith of Elk City, KS.; and his nieces and nephews, Hayden, Heston, Zachary, Brenna, Conner, Brayden and Ashton.
