He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas and Isis Sears (Lola Oglesbee); and his siblings, Jimmie Joe, Billy and Joy Saevig.
He is survived by: his son Charles Spilman (Karen) of Fredonia, KS; his sister Addie Ruth George of Double Oak, TX; his daughter-in-law Denise Spilman of Bartlesville, OK; his grandsons, Dustin Spilman (Rachel) of Bartlesville, OK, Ryan Curtis (Kelly) of Lewisville, TX and Jackie Nelson of Watauga, TX.; and his great grandchild Elizabeth Spilman of Bartlesville, OK.
