With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Hall of Fredonia, Kansas, who passed away on August 20, 2020 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Hall and Ruth Hall (Hoyt); and his siblings, Jim, Bob and Kate.

He is survived by: his former wife Sharon Row; his sons, Terry Row (Kandy) and Tyler Row (Tracy) of Fredonia, KS; and his brother Lee Joy. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren 9 Great-Grandchildren.

Memorial contributions in Rich's name can be made to the Fredonia Adopt-A-Family or the Fredonia Childcare Center and can be mailed to or left with the funeral home.
