He is survived by: his wife Linda Kaye Shoaf (Preble); his sons, Raymond Pharis Shoaf Jr. and Lee Marvin Shoaf; his sisters, Marlene Shinkle and Marilyn; and his brother-in-law Jack Vaught. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
His contributions to the community were valued, and he was deeply respected for his involvement.
