Houts; his wife Loretta; his mother Wanda Houts of Neodesha; his son Patrick Houts, Jr. of Fredonia; his stepsons, Caleb Chambers of Pittsburg and Alex Chambers of Fredonia; and his grandchildren, Megan Chambers of Bartlesville, Avery Chambers and Easten Chambers of Fredonia.
