She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren W. Shay and Frankie Shay (Parks); her husband Buddy Dean Claibourn; her children, Ricky, Samuel and Audrie Edgar; and her grandson Jason Dean Claibourn.
She is survived by: her children, Catherine Carlson (Bert) of Fredonia, KS, Warren O. Claibourn (Terry Jo) of Altoona, KS, Oren W. Claibourn of Joplin, MO and Melissa Shoaf (Lee) of Fredonia, KS; and her siblings, Linda Crain of Fredonia, KS and Carl Michael Shay (Eva) of Altoona, KS. She is also survived by 19 Grandchildren, 35 Great Grandchildren, 15 Great-Great Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great-Great Grandchild.
