He is survived by: his wife Billie Graff; his stepsons, Brian Graff (Kathi Bolton) of Neodesha and Darin Graff (Kathy) of Neodesha; and his siblings, Jack Fulghum (Joyce) of Fredonia, Jola Charles of Ft. Collins, CO, George Fulghum (Judy) of Wichita, Richard Fulghum (Rita) of Fredonia and Bob Fulghum of Fredonia Many. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Fredonia Flag Fund or Sacred Heart Catholic Church, and can be mailed to or left with the funeral home.
