It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Max Barney Farwell of Fredonia, Kansas, who passed away on February 18, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Max Farwell and Ruth Farwell; his wife Linda Shields; his children, Beth Shaver (Mike) of Albuquerque and Chuck Farwell (Terri) of Fredonia; his grandchildren, Max Shaver (Cassie) of Albuquerque, Abby Sanders (Joel) of Albuquerque, Hayes Farwell (Taylor) of Olathe and Mali Boss (Cody) of Chanute; his sister Karyl Flaming (Jim) of Nacogdoches, Texas.; and his great grandchildren, Joel, Dominik, Emma, Myla, Nolan, Henry and Liam.
