She was predeceased by: her parents, Opal Conard and Boyd Conard; and her siblings, Donita, Alan, Wayne, Maurice and Leroy Conard.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Spillman (Marta) of Texas, Becky Bauman (Larry) of Fredonia, Jamie Zirkel (Dennis) and Sherry Conquest (Ron) of Florida; her granddaughters, Ashley and Samantha; and her great grandchildren, Maxwell Olson, Wade McNamara and James McNamara.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Juanita Fadely Golf Fund for Fredonia High School Girls or Hometown Hospice and Healthcare. Donations may be sent to Wickham funeral Home, Fredonia.
