He is survived by: his daughter Shelly Jean Voth (Danny); his siblings, Howard Lockhart, David Lockhart and Sue Ann Costin; his grandchildren, Taylor K. Anderson and Jedidiah "Cade" Voth; and his great grandchild Xevan Khaine Reynolds.
